We engaged DSC-IT to resolve some significant issues with our existing IT Infrastructure including assisting us with a project to both upgrade our hardware and move our IT to cloud based systems. DSC-IT were open and honest with us during our extensive procurement process, providing a detailed and easy to understand breakdown of pricing and support measures. The clear expertise of the organisation and knowledge and transparency was the key factor in our decision to move to their Managed Services support. The team has gone over and above to support us in our move to the cloud, expediting the process to ensure that we could work from home efficiently and effectively during COVID-19 restrictions with continuing updates as to project progress and significant issues throughout. Every member of the team have been extremely helpful throughout our journey and are always very quick to respond to all issues raised.
